really should have a template so we can do custom fliers and posters. I had to spend a lot of time making save the date fliers and and event fliers. You should have the templates for every kind of event burned on a CD to send out with their package so schools etc can choose event and customized their own fliers invites etc.

Is there anything specific that can be improved upon?It was hard to keep the range of kids entertained. The younger kids had a blast while the older kids were bored. Parental involvement was minimal at best. It was more like a "dance" with lots of people sitting around.

FCCLA State Conference
The dance was great, the kids had a blast and with all the shows I do thats ALL I care about.lol. I sat and talked with Stella Thurs. night and she said she was happy (that is important)lol. Out of all the Highschool events I have done the song selection for this ones was tuff. Thank god I have a 14 year old daughter so it was easier:) Glad it all worked out for everybody. Let me know about any future events, atleast now you know I can rock in 2 hours notice.lmao. Thanks again Ric for the work. Oh, I know "Ken" real well (manager of the convention center) if you do any more events at Wenatchee Convetion Center! Thank you, talk with you soon:)

This is not a fair evaluation. Lance couldn't come at the last minute because of snow on the passes. So someone else was sent by Radio Parties from Yakima. He did okay, but would have been much better if we had had time to talk. He tried real hard to do what we asked. He did not bring recording equipment so could not do voice overs for banquet, but we improvised and it worked fine. He and his partner were very please to talk to and responde well to the kids. The kids had a great time!
Additional comments or suggestions? Considering the circumstances, Mr Ray did fine.
