Is there anything specific we can improve on?
During the setup of my event, the materials were a bit confusing for me. It was tough to determine if I submitted a request for my event or just a estimate for the event. However, Ric contacted me right away and cleared this up for me. Lastly, the email with the contact was a bit tough to get due to an email error but, once again Ric helped me to get this figured out.

Laura was once again a complete dream to work with. She was friendly, attentive, engaging and did a great job keeping me on time with our games and raffles. She was flexible and very funny! Our parents and kids just loved her. We will continue to work with you guys moving forward and cannot say enough about how awesome your DJ's are! Thanks Radio Patty City! Another awesome event in the books for us. More than happy to share your name and how awesome our experience was.
