Is there anything specific we can improve on?

Everything was perfect as far as most were concerned. There were a few people who felt music was too loud for conversations, even though there were other rooms where they could have that opportunity.

Lance was friendly and helpful. He did a great job with the music and had valuable suggestions. Would love to have him return to a future event.
