Is there anything specific we can improve on?

It seemed like perhaps there was a lack of communication between Rick and Nick...?  We had sent playlist and campus map to Rick, but Nick didn't seem to have gotten it.

Additional comments or suggestions?

Nick did an EXCELLENT job.  The crowd loved him, and even wanted photos with him after the dance.  He was always friendly and cooperative and professional.
