Is there anything specific that can be improved upon?
I would have preferred more interaction from the DJ with the crowd. He was very good, but originally it was discussed what we were looking for in the party and from the DJ and b/c of the last minute switch I don't think we got what originally was discussed; which was not Tony's fault at all.
Additional comments or suggestions?
I am happy the situation that occurred was resolved in the fact that we still had a good DJ and that Ric was very nice and professional and EXCELLENT in the customer service department, but I am disappointed in the fact that I did not get the type of service I planned.
